In- Home Aide


The In-Home Aide provides hands-on assistance with ADL’s (activities of daily living) and IADL’s (instrumental activities of daily living) to clients in their home.


Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience working in a home care setting
  • Must have a valid NC Driver’s License.
  • Personal means of transportation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Dependable
  • NA I or NA II (if applicable)

Companion/Sitter

 

The Companion/Sitter provides homemaking services as well as spending time with an individual. The Companion/Sitter may not provide hands-on personal care to clients, per state regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience working in a home care setting
  • Must have a valid NC Driver’s License.
  • Personal means of transportation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Dependable

Service Supervisor

 

The Service Supervisor shall be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in NC or have multistate practicing privileges and have a minimum of one-year experience in home care.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Ability to constructively provide, accept, and utilize supervision
  • Ability to recognize staff people’s needs and concerns and maintain professional relations in dealing with them
  • Ability to perform supervisory duties when needed
  • Ability to handle stressful situations

Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for all areas of Operations; human resources, intakes, clients, caregivers, scheduling in the home care office.


Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED, along with two years related experience and/or training
  • Experience in home care or knowledge of the health care industry preferred
  • Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer skills
